Bravo for Petrucci! People was telling him in the paddock he was too big and too slow for MotoGP and the media were more than eager to repeat it endlessly for everyone to deeply assimilate, and didn´t botherto remind everyone what a nice guy he his. We (the fans) also need some humanity, nice people who make the sport more than a competition for the final standings (which is the ultimate goal, of course, I´m (almost) not that naïve), something one can relate to, if you will. Mark Webber comes to mind. He was popular himself, not only his results. And well, what Petrucci has achieved is quite a feat that deserves a standing ovation.
