I would not be surprised that Kogay caused it, but from what Leclaire is saying, Mahy already crashed and Kogay came around Stavelot unaware that he had crashed and t-boned him. We don't know if he tried to avoid Mahy, but knowing Kogay, he must have locked up the brakes before he hit Mahy. Still a frightening accident for sure.
