Injuries were reported in the LA Times as ranging from a broken leg to fractured ribs, with some intensive care involved. A comment elsewhere on Facebook suggests one spectator only narrowly survived, possibly referring to the guy with fractured ribs.

I guess someone found out there were actually deaths here :(. Regardless of whether that is true of not, the most terrible commentating I have ever heard in my life.
