Cannot change avatar

When I try to change my avatar nothing happens. I select a JPG file, which is only 36kB. It's name shows beside the "Choose file" button but when I then click on the "Replace Avatar" button the screen refreshes but the avatar is still the same old boring defaulst one. How can I fix this?Hi

sheffy 2 years This should work but unsure why it isn't. I will log the error but in the future please use the report error function at the bottom of the appropriate page.This should work but unsure why it isn't.
