Done! I already had a bunch of code for flag handling for video commentary languages, so was easy enough to pump this out. Select your national flag on the Profile > Edit Preferences page, save. You'll see flags on both the mini profile (clicking on a contextual username, eg. on this page) and on the full profile by clicking the Profile button therewithinDone!
