Hi, welcome to the site. Basically, if you read the FAQ it will tell you all that you need to know. In short, you need to build up XP to get access to everything on the site such as Supercars. The FAQ has a bit more on this but things such as commenting on videos, thanking the poster, posting in the forums... all earns XP. I don't know what level you need to get to but, if I remember correctly, it's not that difficult to get there. You can also gain XP by donating to the site but that isn't the only way to get there.
